Dainty AND Functional!
I bought this gambit for my bedroom 'cause my location is very dry. What can I say, it makes a great display and it functions very well! I love it. It has multiple productivity settings. It goes from barely detectable to feeling cool steam room haze.
As for length of time the water inside will last, the humidifier lasted me for at least 2 days straight without refills. But that depends on which surroundings you put it on.
In terms of the white dust particles that occurs, any filtered water will fix that problem. I use Brita filtered top-grade.
The penguin head also allow around 180 degree rotation for directional control. The adulterate reservoir has a nice handle, which i don't recommend using by itself when the container is full. Two hands support is preferred.

to the letter what I was looking for
This is verbatim what I was looking for. Makes great steam, easy to clean, quiet,and fits on a inadequate bookshelf.
Don't buy it !
I bought one based on its celebrity in Amazon. But the quality is extremely bad. It only works for the first month, and I found no way to make it work again. No mints emerge b be published out ever. Nothing is wrong with the operation, nothing is wrong with the electricity. Just don't know what's wrong with the machine.
I strongly propose you NOT spend [...] bucks for this 30-day low quality stuff. Stay away from it.

Accomplished aesthetics, not so great utility.
I purchased this humidifier to marker the drying effects on the air of my window unit a/c. It also had a unique design that certainly makes it a colloquy topic. When it's in use, it effectively humidifies my small bedroom.
However, there are several major issues with it that are causing me to yearning that I had purchased a different humidifier:
1. The refill design is horrible. It can only be filled by taking off the top partly, turning it upside down, then refilling it. However, if there is water in the unit still, taking off the top causes water to throw out everywhere. Even moving the unit slightly causes water to spill out of the crack separating the top partly from the bottom half. If you plan to use this while you sleep (like I do), then you need to plan ahead of time in all respects how much water to fill the thing up with in the first place. It's really a chore and a hassle.
2. Mold and "slime" builds up fast inside the unit. Even when the top half, the "reservoir," is empty and the unit shuts off automatically, there is still stagnant dishwater in the bottom half. This water quickly turns very gross and requires frequent cleaning.

Easy to vouchsafe and quiet.
It's categorically adorable, my baby loves it, and it does its job. It barely makes noise (white dissonance helps anyways), easy to clean and refill (minor drips may occur while placing the pail on top), and you can have as much or little humidity as you like. I highly recommended it.

A honourableness humidifier
The humidifier works titanic. We use it in the bedroom at night. Set at less than 50 percent output it keeps the humidity between 30 and 40 percent. It is very somewhat and easy to fill. We only fill it about every other day.

Suitable product
As residents have stated, this is very quiet, has great performance. I bought this for use after my tonsillectomy and slept right next to it. Provided faithful moisture to my flaming throat, though my house was "cloudy" from all the humidity in the air. Overall good buy.
Unmitigated!
I received this humidifier about three weeks ago; convention was very simple right out of the box. It is just the right size, very quiet, priced right, down-to-earth to refill from even a shallow bathroom sink, doesn't leak and cleans with relative effortlessness. It's perfect!

Very normally
It's tuppence inexpensively enough and does put out some mist.But really not much mist
and it really goes through water.It doesn't succeed close to making
it through 8 hours of sleep on medium setting.And it has to be cleaned every other day or it stinks improperly.We have a water treatment system and very soft
water but it still smells of mildew after two days.The only plus is no run.
Overall a big disappointment.My opinion,keep looking.There has to be a better filter-less humidifier out there.

So far so use
I have been very light-hearted with this product. I know that it is working to help my granddaughter breath better. The most important emotional attachment is to read the directions. It was very helpful reading all the other reviews before I purchased this product and that is what allowed me to fasten on this machine. I have been very happy with the results of the product.
Demineralization Ooze Cartridge helps reduce white dust, which is a deposit of minerals caused by grim water. For best results replace filter after every 30-40 fillings under healthy use or 1-2 months or when the humidifier has not been operated for an extended period of outmoded. This filter cartridge works with Crane Frog, Penguin, Cow, Pig, Panda and Monster Cool Mist Humidifiers.

I don't be aware what this thing was really designed to do but it seems that mostly what it does is fill your dehumidifier with icky brown water.

Does not profession on Penguin
This cheesecloth does not fit into the penguin Crane humidifier. The filter rubs up against one of the sides and therefore it cannot be turned in any further. This leads to the penguin being lobsided when turned over to be placed in the drinking-water basin. Emailed Crane, but of course, no response.
Not foolproof if it's doing anything.
I got the demineralization sift when I bought my humidifier, since so many people recommend it. Not sure if it's doing anything. I believe I do have hard drench, since I see some scales in my humidifier.
Gain
It does what it is meant to do and it was delivered on habits. Nothing to complain.

Reliable with some models
I bought this to use with the Elude Humidifier and it worked perfectly. However I got the Penguin a week later and I think the spring press (to trickle more water) does not work with the Penguin... I think it's not screwing on rightly (in spite of trying a thousand times to do so). So if you got the penguin like a lot of folks, be au fait this might be a waste of money.
Update: I contacted Crane and the service rep said this was probably a defect with the Penguin Humidifier, and to fill out the commitment card and send the severed power cord (gruesome!) to them and they will mail a replacement.

Wonderful!
Simply buy it! It does not need a filter and it's super quiet. Also, when they say quiet, they really mean it, how nauseous. I have a Graco one for our baby's room and quiet is like a turbo fan turned on. This is a wonderful tolerant to clean product. I'll be getting another one I'm sure of it.

Works well
I purchased this humidifier about a month ago. It's engaging and works well, especially for the price. It is also very nice that I don't continually have to purchase filters. I have only two issues with it, neither a big contract: it just barely makes it through the night if completely full and running on high; and it a pain to truck the entire water container to the sink to refill it -- pouring water into it would have been much healthier design feature. However, neither of these issues detract from the fact that it is a worthwhile purchase.

my piano likes it
On the suggestion of my piano tuner, I bought this little humidifier to place near my grand piano in NYC. It gets extraordinarily cold and dry here in winter and my piano is over 100 years old. This really helped to keep the air immediately around the piano wettish and is quiet and unobtrusive perched on a wide window sill. It is EASY to clean, comfortable to fill and keeps going at a low to moderate pace for almost 12 hours. Perfect for me. Perfect for my piano.

Noteworthy!
This by-product worked exactly as advertised and I received it when promised. The bonus is the excellent customer appointment. I called because after using the humidifier constantly for a few weeks, I noticed a white film on my box. The woman I spoke to spent so much time with me discussing what to do, very patient and unhurried. I would definitely buy from this callers again because of that. Also, you can't beat how cute the humidifier looks!

Purchased this jotting because it had pretty good reviews in other Web sites, and some Amazon reviews were favorable. When it arrived, we noticed that it appeared to be in "hardened" condition - the cord was not tightly wound. I think at least one other reviewer at Amazon noticed this same accomplishment. (That reviewer also had problems with the vaporizor.)
We filled the reservoir with water and started the vaporizor. It put out a enthusiastic stream of "steam" for about 55 minutes. Then the output began to weaken and stopped about 5-10 minutes later. We comprehend the manual and made sure that the unit was on a hard flat surface. After a period of rest, we plugged it back in and turned it on again. Same lifestyle - steady stream at first, but eventually it just stops putting out any moisture.
I suspect that we got the same acquainted with unit. Maybe when it was returned before, someone at Amazon filled the reservoir, turned it on, and saw the steady flood of moisture, and concluded that the unit worked OK without giving it the one-hour test."
We decided to takings the unit and get a vaporizor elsewhere.

Serious Trait Control Problems
I bought the Crane 2.1 Gallon Bold Mist Humidifier reading high reviews and was quite impressed with the product. A couple reviews mentioned that the entity was not functioning properly and I thought that has to be an exception. The unit I bought malfunctioned within 1 (one month). Power would stop on but no humidification. The days that it worked, it worked great but a unit going bad so soon is not admissible. I am returning the unit for a refund and am not going to be buying it.

Cardinal Humidifier
This is the first level-headed mist humidifier I've purchased, and I love it. I bought it based on the other reviews and don't have much to add. I completely to with all of the good things people are saying. One thing I really like about it, is that as soon as you put the unstintingly in and turn it on, it's generating vapor. There isn't a "warm up" period like on the warm mist models. I about it's worth the little extra you have to pay. Very happy customer!

Crane Penguin Humidifier?

I bought the humidifier from End, like last month. I brought it in to work because it is very dry in my office and I cogitating it looked cute sitting on my desk. Well it worked honestly well until about a week ago.
I left my office and for about 2 hours and came back it was still on but it was not blowing out any over. And it was hot to touch. I turned it off and dumped the water and let it sit and cool down. But it is still not working.
So my without a doubt is. Does any one have one of the Crane Humidifiers Manual and can tell me what is wrong / or a link to one online, where I can find out if I'm scarcely out 30 bucks or what?
It sounds like it has scaled up. You can mop it with coffee machine de-scaler.

I am reasonable of getting a Crane cool mist humidifier for my baby's dwell, does anyone have one of these? I was thinking of getting the Thomas the Train replica or one of the animals...thanks!!
I have 2 of the nature (frog and cow). They work well, but the reservoirs can be hard to hang on to when the douse is sloshing around. I dropped one of mine in the sink and it was cracked beyond repair.
