In the done we bought this stuff for $10 a box and got (3-4?) cut pieces out of it. We bought it at Lowes in Burbank, CA. But, we've moved to a new big apple and don't know where to find it locally. The local hardware stores don't seem to broadcast it and I'm having a hard time finding it on-line. Could be because it's unpunctual and I'm tired and my "google-fu" is weak dexter now.

I'm all in all a Friedrich or Whirlpool...according to Consumer Reports. I already know that Sharper Reification-Ionic Breeze and Orick filterless cleaners are all lawful gimmicks.

So you obviously have an Internet connection, which is pure because it would seem nearly impossible to find the right filter if you had to drive and look. I only have to modulation mine once a year, but let me say this it's enough, at $65.00 each, plus your pre-filter which ran me $22.00 each. I have 2 Ionic Simple job machines, which get dirty quicker, like once a week or so, they pamper a kind of funny noise, and you can smell the effect they have on the air, I use them in smaller areas, but if you have smoke and dust Hepa is betta! Esteem the price of the replacement filters for the machine you decide on, I saw some of them priced at $100 each, well-deserved for a replacement filter on a home unit.
And actually today I took my Oreck and put it in my garage it's off to the state shop once again, it's the third time, I don't believe I will ever buy another, but they look nice.
