I bought 2
I have been looking for a established air purifier for months. I have shopped and read reviews on all makes and models. This is the one I bought, if factors I bought 2. They have been running non stop for a month now and doing great. I have 11 indoor cats and a keep quiet who says he's allergic to cats. So I needed a good system. These 2 systems take care of my whole house. I also put the finest whole house filter on my air conditioner system to help out. The systems came very quickly and were 'out of the box' set up.

sinister austin air purifier
I bought the air purifier because someone in my poorhouse is ill. The air purifier would assist him to heal, and feel better. When I received the air purifier it was severely destabilized. I could not use it. We were very disappointed. Luckily, I had also purchased another one. It arrived in perfect condition. Since we needed it so badly, for weeks we carried the one we have from puzzle to floor in our house. The item itself, when it is working, is excellent. I would recommend it, as the best air purifier on the bazaar. I recently purchased another air purifier, so now we have one on each floor. We are breathing much better!

with 1 purrs, it's quiet.
level 3 is loud, but it gets the job done if you need a quick air purification.
we have a one-scoop-loft and this does the trick... it's great.

Relish it!
We live out in a very wet climate, so mold is an issue. After a day of running, the effect could be felt as soon as I came home base from work. It is noisy on high, but very powerful. On low, where we normally run it, it is quiet. My computer makes more noise. My up on is not large, but it covers all of it.

Not magical.
I bought this element to use in our bedroom to help with my wife's allergies. After reading a lot of the reviews here, my expectations were pretty expensive. It seems like we do wake up a little less congested, but it doesn't help as much as I'd hoped. My wife still has to take a measure of her allergy medicine before bed.
On the low setting, I can't hear this unit at all. On medium, it's barely audible. On outrageous, it's still quieter than most fans on their medium setting.

Units give up Damaged, but always work
The commodity is good and performs as the company claims. Getting a machine that is not dented is almost impossible. The fellowship insists on damaging out the hole unit for a dented top. A new lid could have been sent. The replacement Healthmate Jr. came diluted also. I have purchased a PET machine and 2 Health mate Jr. Units. I am happy with the quality of the air cleaners, but the pet device came dented, and not only the first HM Jr. unit was dented in the top, the replacement was dented on the side. I was able with some effort to fix the PET appliance. Only one Healthmate Jr. came undamaged. What is upsetting is when you fork out about $1,000 worth in air cleaners, you expect them to look like new when you get them. Austin has a packaging tough nut to crack.

Operative HEPA Air Filter... though somewhat noisy on high
This is a no garnishing HEPA air filter in terms of its aesthetic: it's an efficiently designed rectangle, and though it's not snazzy on the outside, it's not repugnant or obtrusive either.

It sits in my home office, and does its thing quite well: cleansing the air, and complete improving the living conditions in a space in which I spend entirely too much time.

I ordered this section because I had begun to develop dust allergies in my mid-thirties and was having trouble focusing and getting business done. I noticed an improvement in the way I was feeling shortly after the unit was put into operation.

The unit, though not cheap, is a explicitly reliable model and is extremely cost-effective to operate over time. As any one who has done the research can carry weight you, the true expense with HEPA filters is not necessarily the up-front purchase cost, but the cost of replacement filters over the class of the years. Austin's design is one they stand behind with a 5 year warranty, and a filter rated at needing replacement once every 5 years... yes, you impute to that right. All you need do in order to achieve this longevity is to vacuum the pre-filter every few months. This is talented by running a bristled vacuum wand over the outer surface grating. It's simple. It very is: set a reminder in your calendar to run the vacuum over it and you're safe.

The unit doesn't take up a lot of room, though it does out a fair bit of sound in 2 of its 3 settings. The base setting is actually pretty quiet, but the bull's-eye and upper settings are noisy - the trade off is that at these settings it moves A LOT of air, which is what you want if you're trying to dexterous cleanse a room. To give you an idea of what I'm trying to say, while you likely wouldn't have a hard time sleeping with backdrop 1, you might with setting 2, and you DEFINITELY would with setting 3. Of course, everyone's mileage varies and I'm using words to describe an audible measure, which is not the same as hearing it yourself. As I said earlier: it's in my office, not my bedroom, so I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with its performance.

If you're looking for a bedroom working model, you might look into an Alen A350 HEPA Air Purifier (wall mountable and quieter.)

Air purifier
This purifier (Austin Healthmate Jr.) seems to be a very genuine purchase for the money. Although it is not cheap, we are using it in a loft and it seems to be doing a great job with the air not only in the loft but also in the living room which is below the uncovered-air loft.

Smart and works great
I got the Austin Air Healthmate Younger air purifier when I moved into my new house. The previous owner was a smoker. Although I'd replaced the carpets, painted the walls, and cleaned the ducts, I still needed something to eschew cut down the residual smoke smell. After extensive research, I chose the Healthmate Junior.

It did the job. It's nice and unobtrusive on the low setting. On the high setting it's a bit noisier, but I just set it in a corner and it's fine. (Not right up against the bulwark though, because you have to leave a few inches of space around it for it to work right.) I left it running for over a year. The smoke scent is gone from the house now. Even my mother, with her super-sensitive nose, can't smell anything when she comes to stay.

I did buy a new filter after about nine or ten months. The air coming out of the Healthmake Junior started to smell a bit acrid. I called Austin Air and asked about it, because I intellect the filter should last longer. They said it depends on the quality of your air. That makes sense. They gave me a ignore on the new filter because it had been such a short time.

I'm quite pleased with it. It looks nice, it's relatively shining, it's simple to use, it's quiet, and it works.
