This air purifier is the same compassionate that I have in my bedroom but this one makes an annoying small noise when the purifier goes on.
Friendly but...
Yes it works and yes you will zizz better. But it isn't easy to clean and mine broke down after about 2 years. I kept it on all day every day, so perhaps 2 years is all you can expect.
Forestay AWAY!!!
I bought the matching pack in May. One is still working while the other died 2 months ago. I have spent the better part of the past 2 months demanding to get it replaced under warranty. Everytime I call, one of three scenarios plays out:
1) All customer service reps (in India) are absorb. Someone (US) takes my number to call me back, but they never do.
2) Once I get a rep on the line, they either intentionally or accidently hang up on me. Has happened more than 10 times!
3) Call and get the usual system which hangs up on me.
I would recommend you trying to call them with a warranty request and see how far you get. This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. My only surmise as to why they operate this way is to make me fed up and quit trying to get the defective unit replaced or drag it on prior the one year warranty period. I would recommend NEVER buying anything from this terrible company.

Do not ruin your money...horrible customer service.
I have never written a discuss before, but feel compelled to do so after my bad experience with this company. I bought three units from Amazon about 2 years ago. Simply, I am not sure if the units really work but the reason I am giving it a 1 star review is because of the chit-chat I just had with their customer service department. The woman didn't try to make suggestions as to why the red clean reflection came on; instead she told me I needed to purchase a $29.95 extended warranty for each of the two units AND pay $29.95 for each to be returned. No apologies; no regular behind the product. Just more money. I was furious and told her I would be writing a negative review on Amazon. Her return, was thank you very much. Ridiculous. Do not buy these machines. I wish I never did.
Ionic Pro Re-examine
I purchased my Ionic Pro Turbo from Wal Mart in February 2009. It was comfortable to use, totally silent and very efficient for approximately five months. Then I started having problems. It kept shutting-off, I found myself organization it every weekend. While this took little effort, the Ionic Pro failed to operate properly. I returned it to Wal Mart client service. They indicated the item was outside their 90 day return policy. So, I contacted Ionic Pro instantly. When I spoke to their customer service representative, she gave me a confirmation number and had me fax my purchase voucher. She stated that I must wait 48 hours before contacting Ionic Pro again. Additionally, she indicated that I would be charged $29.95 with the addition of shipping for a replacement product. My wife and I have decided to purchase another air purifier, one with better fellow service and a better warranty.

Skint customer service
I at purchased this product 3 years ago from WalMart. I loved the product and had no problems with it. I had a problem with pet odors in my domicile and after using the product the odors were gone! It was easy to use and easy to clean. After about 3 years of ceaseless use, the product broke down. I recently purchased the product from Amazon in this 2 pack. I read some consumer reviews that were unhappy with the customer service, but since I hadn't had any problems with the product, I ignored them. When I received the outcome I opened it immediately and plugged them both in. One worked perfrectly, the other was defective. By the time I went to restoring the product, it was too late to return to Amazon, so I needed to contact the manufacturer. I called them and they said they would call me back. They never did. A few weeks later, I tried again. Then said they would call be back, but again 2 time later I had not heard from them. I called a third time and spoke with a woman that did not speak very good english. She in touch me that I would have to mail it to them at my cost and keep track of the shipping number. When the product arrived there I was to call them back and let them know that THEY had received it. Then I would be charged $29.95 to send me a new piece. So, I spent approximately $100 for a defective unit and would have to pay around $60 to get a new one sent to me. Needless to say, I am not returning the consequence and I will not be purchasing a replacement from this company. Buyer beware!

Be wary OF EXPERATION DATE!!!

These Ionic purifiers do labour; however, mine stopped working after a year and here's what the Tech Support representative told me over the phone:
Rep: "Sir, how prolonged have you owned the twin purifiers?"
Me: "about a year and a few months now."
Rep: "What is the problem?"
Me: "A RED illumination comes on right after I turn them on but the metal filters are clean!" Note: red light means filters must be cleaned.
Rep: "Ok, sir. What you poverty to do is send them both in and we'll replace them"
Me: "How much will this cost me?"
Rep: "$50 for you to send them and another $30-$50 for us to send them back"
Me: "What is the conclude why they BOTH stopped working?"
Rep: "Well, after 1 year, use or no use, the wires inside the purifiers die and need replacing"
Me: "So, every year or so I must squander another $100 to get these working again?!!!"
Rep: "Yes, Sir. That's correct."
Me: "Ok. Well forget it. I will go on and give my review on these items right now."
As these Ionic purifiers seem to do a real job cleaning the air "without the consumer having to keep buying filters", the truth is that you must continue buying them every year for $100. According to the rep they give you dirt ones; they do not fix them or replace the dead wires.
I, for one, will not purchase this brand again. I do not hold a grudge against the population who sold them to me or the makers, but you as a consumer who wants things to last and work properly, beware of this twitch/deffect/malfunction or whatever you may lack to label it.
Do your research for a real good filter. I am off to that search right now.

I bought this twin peck Ironic Pro CA200T Compact Ironic Air Purifier at Amazon.com in May 2009. Four months later (September 2009), one of the portion died. The light kept blinking althought I thoroughly deep cleaned from arranged out using the blower, including cleaning the 3 steel particle collection blades. I called Iron Pro bloke service and followed their instruction to deep clean again. The unit still did not function. Their customer repair rep told me I had to pay $19.99 for them to ship the new unit to me, and I had to ship the defective unit back to them at my own S&H expense. I did not thirst for to go thru all the hassles. I finally had the trash hauler haul it away. The Car Ionizers were also useless. I kept them in my vehicles for awhile and at the end of the day threw them in the trash bin also. I do NOT recommend this to anyone. Amazon should not sell this product to its customers due poor calibre of the twin pack.

A massive disappointment!
I am having the same sustain as many of those who have had their unit fail. The clean light will stay on rendering the unit useless. This is after 5 months of use. I should have done a scarcely more research before ordering this paper weight. Now that the unit has failed, I am reading that I am one of countless populace who are having the same problem.
The warranty process is the worse I have ever seen. I was forced to call 4 times, the first two times they told me to call back the subsequent day because their system was down. The 3rd time I was told someone would call me back because customer service was busy?!?! The final call I was told to fax my proof of purchase to them then call them back within 48 hours to get a return address to ship the unit back to. I would then be charged $30 for them to quit the unit back to me. If anyone is even remotely of ordering this product, DON'T! It is not worth the time and aggravation.

Impressed!
I bought this for our computer reside. We keep the cat litter box in the closet in this room, and the whole room used to smell like the cat box. Now I smell nothing. Its wonderful how quickly this removes the odor from the air. It runs very quietly, and the nightlight is very handy. Its easy to deplete b empty, usually about once a week. Its in an average-sized room and it does a great job.
Very consumable for very small places
Satisfyingly little guy. Its good in our very small bathroom. No more musty smell after we put it in. Not bad at all for the price. It emits a scrap bit of Ozone too. I love that smell.
Easy to clean as well.
I recommend this to anyone who has a stinky closet or a snub must odor in your bathroom!

Does the Job
This is the another one of these I purchased. When you walk near it the air smells like you walked past an open window. I have a dog and three cats. I also smoke. I put one in the caboose and one by the couch. It helps a lot. The only draw back is that you have to wipe the rods often.

Convincing Product - Could Be Better
I purchased the Ionic Pro a few months ago to arrogate alleviate litter box odor. It was smaller than expected and is really not a "convenient" product. It does not have an electrical twine. It plugs directly into the electrical outlet. So it is really difficult to place it exactly where you in need of it to be and thus, its effectiveness could be hampered.
It does a good job on most odors most of the time--minimal to slight odors. However, when there is a extraordinarily stong odor, the product is less effective. If you want to combat strong odors, I would put purchasing one of the more powerful/bigger Ionic products.

Helps my son zizz at night
I have owned this cloth for a few years now. We moved into a new place a few months ago, and our Ionic Pro sat in the garage for a while. I noticed my son started to cough in bed a lot before in the end falling asleep, then cough again when he woke up. So I finally set the filter up in his room, let it run about half an hour, then put him to bed. He hasn't coughed once since, and now the clarify lives in his room.
The ONLY problem I have with it is how incredibly bright the blue light is. I had to cover it up so it would not quite illuminate his room.
But I love this (totally silent) purifier and am going to buy one for each room of the for nothing when they go on sale.

Ionic Pro CA200B
The Ionic Pro CA200B works but if you are agony from airborne allergens, like dust, pet dander, pollen, etc., and you are living in a place that hasn't had its heating/cooling system cleaned in a company of years, you will want to have the cleaning done as part of your arsenal against allergies, as well as consulting the family doctor. I suffer from inveterate rhinitis and once all of the above were done, with the Ionic Pro installed in the space for which it was designed, I now have a couple of rooms in the house I consider to be put aside havens: we still have pets (cats & birds) and live out in the country and I believe the Ionic Pro helps to limit the sneezing, runny nose, and helps to get a good night's sleep.

I have only had the Ionic Pro Consolidated for a few days and it is really living up to what I have heard and read about it. From the moment I turned it on, I had a sense that it was doing wonderful things. But I couldn't categorically tell. So I had to put it to a test. I cooked up a big batch of sausage and peppers, New York Italiano manner, and really stunk up my apartment.(I have a three bedroom 1,050 sq. ft. place.) I left to go to a hockey artifice which took about 2 and 1/2 hours.(We lost. Damn.) By the time I got back you couldn't tell if anyone had suitable for eating Macaroni and Cheese. Amazing!! Not a single whiff of anything. Dusting is a big problem for me. I fri***n hate it. Now I don't see that I am prevalent to have to dust very often at all. The particles are right there for me to see on the grids. Wonderful product. I am recommending it to all my friends. And I am prospering to get a second for my bedroom. One compact isn't enough for this much space. And I don't know if a tower one will be good to just be in one accommodation.

Don't Be Fooled! It is NOT an Ionizer, NO filters. Only UV.
First and first, don't be deceived! The simple fact that this was listed in the ionizers category is just plain WRONG! Look deliberately and the only place you'll notice the word "ION" is in the company name. What a scam!

With that in mind, does this unit work? Yes and no.
We use it in the cat-duty room... you be informed, the room where cats do their duty! The room is very dusty and its smell tends to permeate into the adjacent rooms, one of which is the home office. Not good!
So we got this unit and set it up. It did indeed clear up the odor, for the most part, within 24 hours. Odors still lingered in the unimportant room itself, but they no longer traveled into the other rooms nearby.
However, 3 days later, I started hearing a unfamiliar noise coming from the room where the purifier was installed. (I was on the other side of the house when I heard it, and the TV was on.) Upon investigating, I discovered that it was the purifier! The fan/motor (on the low celerity, mind you) was vibrating so wildly you would have mistaken it for a Deisel Semi-Truck engine!!!
Figuring it neutral needed to be cleaned, I researched on how to do so. That's when I discovered that the thing wasn't even a real air purifier, moreso jist a pretentious disinfectant! What an outrage!!
We decided to keep the unit anyway, since it does work, and have now had it a couple months. I unremittingly have to clean the fan with canned air, which re-disburses the dust all over the place. How annoying (and I'm a germaphobe...can't standing pant when I do this, nor in the surrounding rooms afterwards, until the dust settles).
Despite constantly cleaning this thing, it still raves like a mad lunatic even fact after being "cleaned". My wife even made a diaper for it: a home-made filter that she wrapped around the intake vents. We also put a especially-cut circular carbon+hepa filter on the inside to catch any more dust that might have escaped the "diaper" membrane strain. Even so, it still gets dust in the fans and still sounds like a Mac Truck or like a noisy weedwacker on data d fabric days, and it goes in and out of its quiet mode. So it's noisy for a good 25-50% of the day, at least.
Lately we've been smacking the portion which seems to be a temporary fix, but the unit really does seem to be just junk. Hope you find one that works outstrip!

The by-product is too small to purify air for a small size room. So we had to buy a HEPA air purifier.

Unconventional Air At Last!
This is a consummate air purifier! The uvc light bulb is huge compared to the one in the Germ Guardian GG1000 I have in my bedroom. Both vocation well. I got the ionic pro because I wanted an air purifier for the dining room and had no wall space for another GG1000. This is a student gratis and we have our windows closed and sealed for the winter meaning cooking and other smells linger and the air tends to get rank. Not anymore! I have the fan set on medium with the unit on 24/7 and that is enough to keep the air clean and fresh. Another plus is that the light tuber is replaceable.

Only works one way
I ordered this on the heart of these other reviews thinking this would work for my allergies but after it came I realized that this is just a sanitizer utilizing a UV moderate amusing. I should have read the product description more closely. To help with allergies, one needs a dust and pollen attractor. This meagre thing seems to run well otherwise, I suppose, although I have only the manufacturer's claims and no way of knowing if it is killing any germs! It's only about 14 in. gamy so is very nicely styled and compact.

I bought an air ionizer that the seller said was new. There is a lesser night light on the bottom of it (it's a plug-in Ionic Pro) that doesn't work, which makes me be inquisitive if the thing works at all. How can I tell, since the ionizer part of it is supposed to be not sounded?
